SafeCreate a new savings goal with a target amount and optional deadline. Track progress as you save.
Parameters

list_goals
SafeShow all goals with current progress. Can filter by status (active/completed).

SafeAdd money to a goal. Optionally deduct from a wallet (creates a transfer-like operation).

delete_goal
Requires ConfirmationDelete a goal. Accumulated amount will be lost (not transferred anywhere).
The accumulated savings amount is just a number - no actual money is moved. If you've been saving in a separate wallet, that money remains there.
